And so, I trudge slowly onwards.

Progress... Slow but steady.
Went back to the park again to take more photos- had to wait an hour for the school children to finish recess so I could take pictures without looking like a total creeper. The guy behind the CVS photo-print desk definitely passed me a judgmental glance when I ordered roughly 60 prints of various close-ups of a playground. Though I suppose I would have judged me, too.
Turning this in tomorrow for, what I suppose would be called, critique:
Definitely more cohesive than the first effort, but still not entirely satisfactory.

Cut me some slack, I'm a newb.

So, the very first post on my blog will begin with the very first assignment of the semester.

I've never been especially keen on the photography front, so this project isn't particularly catered to my individual interests, but I suppose that's rather the point. Life isn't catered to one's individual interests and we must learn to adapt. Bit of a tangent there, sorry.
Project inspiration: David Hockney. Goal: Create a photo montage of one subject-- person or place-- using 4x6 prints.
To be fair to myself, we are still in the developing stages of the creative process, so the following is by no means a finished product.

I think the concept is very interesting, but I need to devote some serious time to this if it is to become a success, which it is currently far from.

Will keep you posted on all developments!
Till later, then.
